Contorno Urbano Foundation

Contorno Urbano Foundation (2017), based in Barcelona and L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, is a non-profit organisation dedicated to urban art as a tool for social transformation. It is made up of the youth associations Kaligrafics and l’Hurbart, and is managed by artists and cultural managers from L’Hospitalet de Llobregat. It develops projects of intervention in public space, cultural mediation and artistic education from an ecosocial perspective, promoting community participation, social cohesion and sustainability. Its work connects art, city and citizenship to generate new urban imaginaries and activate cultural processes in the territory.
