BAS

The permanent collection of BAS consists of a selection of some of the best urban artists, both national and international. The selection follows two principles: one is to respect and value the most relevant and representative local artists in the history of urban art in Barcelona, and the second is to provide the possibility to show works by artists from around the world, which are more difficult to find in Barcelona.

From the wall to the narrative - Contemporary Imaginaries between the public and the intimate.

The exhibition is organized following a conceptual guiding thread, rather than a formal or disciplinary one.

The works have been selected because they encourage reflection, tell stories, and help imagine the contemporary world, connecting different forms of expression.

The exhibition is divided into 7 thematic rooms, like chapters of the same story. Each room is designed to explore ideas, connect artists, and highlight the meaning of each work.

BAS is a proposal that seeks to create both a sensory and reflective experience, establishing an active dialogue with the viewer and opening a space for engagement with society.
